This 4160 VAC fan starter has a 600 amp, 15 KV visible load break switch for disconnect means. The starter has a reactor for step-starting the fan motor with 5 KV vacuum contactors. The fan starter also has 600 KVAR power factor correction capacitors. All control components are mounted in a separate control compartment with a swing out panel.
